With more than 40 years of industry experience, Doug Stokes oversees Cooper Marine and Timberlands' barge cleaning and repair facility in Aliceville, Alabama. He finds fulfillment not just in his work, but also in mentoring the next generation of mariners. Doug spends his off hours at Cross Mountain Ministries -- an organization he founded to spread joy and happiness to people with disabilities from all across the country.
