Heather Lech, Marine Administrator for Cooper/T. Smith Mooring, has been with the Cooper Group of Companies since 2012. Responsible for scheduling, employee communication, overseeing the safety management system and more, Heather is an active member of WIMOs (Women in Maritime Operations) and holds the distinction of being the first woman to board a CTS Mooring launch boat and participate in a job.
